All of our cats and kittens have been spayed or neutered, received FVRCP vaccines, Rabies vaccine for kittens over 3 months of age, de-wormed and microchipped .

Best Life TNR & Rescue, Inc. is committed to enhancing the lives of street cats in Monterey County through targeted Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs. Our goal is to reduce the population of kittens entering local shelters by monitoring and caring for our cat colonies and to end the needless suffering of kittens born on the streets. We assist community members with spaying and neutering un-homed cats living in their neighborhoods, ensuring a healthier feline population. Our passionate team of volunteers provides food and necessary veterinary care to our cat colonies. We provide foster care for neonatal and young kittens coming from Hitchcock Road Animal Services, ensuring a healthy start before finding their forever homes.
